You can get into the game as a
general sponsor. Monetary donations will help to establish the surrounding gardens,
recreation area and amphitheater.
All donations are welcome. All donors, $500 and up, will be recognized on the Donor
Wall (Phase II) at Monopoly in The Park, a highly visible monument showing the support you've
provided for beautifying San Jose.

On display was one of the official 140 pound granite game pieces to be installed at Discovery Meadow in Fall 2000.

The first prisoner in the Monopoly in the Park Jail was Captain Scott Seaman of the San Jose Police Department.
